The museum was amazing and covered the lives and customs of the local people and the history of town of Rovanimi
all but destroyed after the German occupation during WW2. There was also an exhibition about the Arctic and the changes
it has been through and the future of the polar reigns. Finland is celebrating 100 years of independence this year
but there have been Finnish settlements since around 98.900BC
